We have extensive experience in the design and development of workshops to assist clients explore issues and best practices.

Our experience tells us that pay plans are not solutions to human problems. They serve a useful purpose only when they are connected to corporate strategy on the one hand and good people management practices on the other.

To make these connections we provide workshops to:

  • train key stakeholders in pay plan concepts and their technology
  • define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to align a business or support unit with corporate goals
  • cascade pay plan concepts, as well as the main elements of successful performance management, from the top management to all layers of the organisation
  • assist managers translate higher level KPIs into personal goals for their subordinates
