Outcome

A very practical approach with participants bringing their own examples and sharing experiences about dealing with people as well as issues.

Topics covered might include: establishing reasons for performance shortfall, deciding on corrective actions when necessary, changing behaviour, attitudes, influencing through role modelling, challenging situations upwards and downwards, clarifying expectations, more feedback techniques, psychological levers etc.

After the workshop, participants should feel more confident in dealing with these issues effectively.
