Outcome
In this workshop, the participants will learn how to use meaningful
metrics. As you get what you measure, it is important to set the metrics
right! Through case studies, they will get a better sense of what is
really measurable or not.
It is a flexible approach where the participants can bring their own
personal cases for discussion and potential challenge.
