Objective
Help audience to:
- understand the performance management process from the receiving
end
- understand the full meaning of the performance contract for themselves,
their boss and the company
- handle appraisals and reviews
- deal with difficult issues.
Outcome
This workshop will help team members to understand the performance
process from their end.
The participants will cover how to set their own objectives and why they should be aligned with the corporate strategy.
They will see why the performance contract is so important and what
it means from different perspectives.
They will learn how to prepare meaningful self-assessments and identify
critical issues. Through practice role-plays, they will get first hand
experience in how the performance ratings might affect them and how to
establish a positive dialogue with their boss.
