Objective
Help audience to:
- measure the right "things" to maximise business
results
- understand motivation through the goal theory and apply its
principles to goal setting
- set a process for performance management.
Outcome
After this workshop, the participants will feel comfortable with setting
goals and KPIs. Through the goals theory, they will understand the different
levers of motivation and how to apply these principles
in a pragmatic way.
They will also cover the performance management process,
including the performance contract notion.
Finally, they will have
an opportunity to improve, if necessary, their current communication
plans.
