Strategy formulation and translation into KPIs

Objective
Help audience to:
- translate the corporate strategy and critical business issues
into corporate goals (KPIs)
- cascade KPIs to their subordinate units.
Outcome
After this workshop, the participants should feel comfortable with translating
corporate goals into their own key drivers and those for their subordinate
units.
They will see how their own goals and KPIs should sum to or exceed
corporate goals and how they can best contribute to the big picture.
They will decide on key drivers related to financial performance as
well as the business quality ones, and/or challenge their existing choices.
To help them determine an acceptable strategy by prioritising their
goals, they will cover the relationship between KPIs and the stage
of the business they are in.
Finally, they will review how to cascade KPIs effectively by creating
commitment and gaining support from their subordinates.
