Effective communication is central to the success of any reward plan.

We design and deliver comprehensive communication and roll-out plans for new reward plans and policies.

For some of our clients, changing pay involves altering contractual terms of employment. This has required them to seek the employees' permission for change. Our success rate in these initiatives has been consistently high.

In addition to traditional communication materials, such as PowerPoint slides, explanatory booklets and FAQs, we also develop e-based content for company intranets and e-mailable communications. We also understand the importance of one-to-one communication, personal briefings and helplines, building these into our roll-out plans.

If people do not understand the way that they are paid, some if not all of the money spent on pay plans is wasted.

To test employee understanding and the effectiveness of the roll-out programme across the organisation, we conduct e-based questionnaire sampling. This enables us to identify areas where the message has not got through and issues which still require clarification. Based on the results of these surveys our clients can take corrective action where needed.

The findings of these surveys also provide the basis for benchmarking employee attitudes to pay over time and against other organisations through, for example, the Reward Technology Forum (RTF).
