Our mission is to develop performance management tools that can enhance the motivation of your people. These tools are grouped around:

  • linking pay to performance - achieving direction
  • company diagnostics and benchmarking - understanding inertia
  • performance management training - overcoming friction

We believe that effective performance management is at the heart of business success.

To be effective, performance management must address three different dynamics within your organisation:

  1. direction - the strategy of your organisation, as reflected in objective setting and the linkage of pay to performance. The response to this dynamic is typically technical and rational.
     
  2. friction – the relationships between people when performance, particularly poor performance, is tackled. The response to this dynamic is typically emotional and requires the management of feelings.
     
  3. inertia – the corporate culture of the organisation, which often acts as an inhibitor to change. The response to this dynamic is typically political and involves making, taking and breaking up sides.
