How to organise yourself, and therefore how in turn to organise other people effectively.
The management of difficult or poorly performing staff:
- why is this so difficult to do
- what can help?
To explore survival techniques:
- understanding the pressures, conflicts, challenges
- managing your own stress.
- managing the stress of your subordinates

Process

This course is delivered in four freestanding but connected one-day modules which can be organised flexibly:

Content will be a mixture of input by the trainers, including discussion, video, and exercises.
